Tonight I cooked.............

A little "Susie Q's", a little cracked black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil, then on to the hot grill with mesquite and charcoal.

Cooking/Serving tips......

This is good! You should get some. For those a little faint of heart, the red one is a bit tamer than the brown. The green one is made with jalapenos, not habaneros. It is more in line with kool aid.


This stuff is evil, stay away from it.


This is what parmesan cheese looks like. Parmigiano Reggiano

Tonight...........

I had to work late. when I finally got home, I was greeted at the door by three overly excited dogs and the aroma of rosemary. This could only mean two things: 1. The dogs are glad I'm home and 2. Natti is making Rosemary Chicken

Isis says...."Yes, please!!

That little old ornamental rosemary plant has contributed to many a savory dish over the years.

Tonight, we have Sinigang......

Baby back ribs, Green mustard, Kamote (Sweet potato) leaves, Okra, Chinese long beans, White radish and especially Sampalok for that delicious sour soup!!


Serve over white rice with an ample shot of El Yucateco Habanero hot sauce. UUUmmmm good!!!

Stir fry anyone?

The snap peas are crunchy and sweet and the pork is seasoned to perfection. With mushrooms, onions, bean sprouts, cilantro and a touch of sesame oil, it may even be healthy. I'm told there are a couple of secret ingredients too....but no MSG!

Very tasty, I'm a lucky man.

3 Cheese White Pizza with Arugula

Started with home made yeast dough, but didn't get any pictures of that. FYI, it looks pretty much looks a regular ol' ball of dough...

Garlic and red pepper infused olive oil


Spread on some cheesy love. We used fontina, mozzarella and goat cheese.


Round is over rated


Lookin' good, but not done yet


Finally add fresh arugula with a nice vinaigrette

This stuff is insanely delicious
