What do you do when you have lots of left over egg whites?

You make an Angel Food Cake!! This is Natti's new favorite Black and White Angel Food Cake with chocolate ganache.

I came home on Saturday after a nice little ride on the Sporty and Natti says "Go to Home Depot and get me a torch. Right now!!"

I fell in love all over again! I mean....all that...and she wants a torch.... A torch, not jewelry, not another pair of shoes....a torch.

I head out to the De-Pot and find a nice propane torch with the pizio spark lighter thang and bring it back home. I retire to the safety of my garage, crack a beer and ponder........... What the hell does she want with a torch....??


Answer: She calls it Raspberry Gratin
I call it gastronomic heaven! and it's pretty tasty too.
