Tomato and Goat Cheese Tarts

I know these little gems have shown up on FB before, but now you can see how it's done........
Roll out the puff pastry.......

Add parmagiano reggiano, caramelized onions, goat cheese and a slice of tomato.......

a little splash of olive oil, more parmagiano reggiano and fresh basil.




Pop it in the oven, wait 25 minutes and enjoy!!
